Let me start off by saying that I have tried almost anything to relieve my back pain. I have tried pain medicines of all kinds. My doctor had given me steroid shots. All these methods did not help my pain at all. I had trouble sleeping at night, playing with my children, even driving in the car was a battle with pain. I had suffered with severe back pain for at least 2 years.

My life before Spinal Decompression was very painful. I was limited to the things I was able to do. I had serious low back pain, and also a sharp pain shooting down my right leg. I could not ride in the car for a longtime with having pain. I was at many doctors trying to figure out the cause of my pain. I was unable to exercise the way I had in the past. Every time I tried to workout or play sports, I would have to stop due to the pain. I continued to suffer with this pain for over one year, until Doctor Rick suggested the Spinal Decompression machine for me. After my first time on the machine I felt a huge difference and I slept through the whole night for the first time in months. If I had not used the Spinal Decompression I think that in 10 years I think that my life would be nothing but pain, and unhappiness. I would be missing out on all the activities I love to do with my husband. I was in a lot of pain before spinal decompression. The pain was preventing me from working and doing my job duties. The pain was keeping me from doing anything related to work, I had a hard time bending over and walking. The only other think that gave me any relief was Advil. I just figured I had to live with the pain. I had low back pain for at least 5 years. I was unhappy with my life. I would not be able to work or ride my Harley. I have been only treating a few weeks and I feel 50% better already and my back feels much looser. It is safe comfortable enough for anyone. Just try it and see how great you will feel.

Before I came to Progressive Rehab I had a lot of lower back pain. The pain was so bad that it prevented me from doing my job and even exercise. I did not do anything for the pain I just though the pain would go away, I was just going to wait to see if there’d be any change. I have suffered with low back pain for a couple of years but it has been really severe for the last 6-7 months. I went into Progressive rehab and learned about Spinal Decompression. It was not invasive, safe and comfortable enough to let any family member use. Plus it really works. If I didn’t use Spinal Decompression my health would be in the toilet! My life before Spinal Decompression was terrible. Most of my life I have had back pain. I had come to Dr. Rick and my getting adjusted helped but the pain came back as the day went on. Dr. Rick suggested that I try the spinal Decompression. My first treatment, was a big success, I felt a significant difference. After a few more treatments my back pain did a total turn around. I am able to take my yoga classes again, enjoy activities outside with my friends. I have lived with back pain most of my adult life, recently I injured my back to the point where walking was a big problem for me. A friend referred me to Dr. Rick’s office. I had never seen a chiropractor before, and was a little nervous about what was going to happen to me. The staff there assured that everything was going to be painless. Spinal decompression has changed my life for the better. Let me tell you how, before this treatment I had limited range of motion with my neck. From my shoulder to my neck would go numb from time to time. As the months went on the numbness would become more frequent. Finally, I could not take it any longer. My brother referred me to Dr. Rick’s office. I explained to the doctor that I have struggled with this pain for over ten years and I had tried everything, nothing worked. Rick explained to me about Spinal Decompression and I was excited to try this treatment and get my range of motion back. After my treatments I now have my complete range of motion back and the numbness is gone. I have gone back to the gym and started exercising again, along with playing sports with the guys.
